Boddam Residential Park

Boddam Residential Park is a new development close to Peterhead. We have a 12 month residential licence so you can live, or spend your holidays, here all year round. We are located in a friendly and busy coastal village in Buchan, Aberdeenshire close to local amenities and public transport. Boddam is on the A90 which runs from Edinburgh to Fraserburgh, through Dundee and Aberdeen. This allows easy access to explore or commute to the many towns and villages en-route. Boddam Residential Park has been completely rebuilt with new surfacing throughout on both the roads and the plots ready for the latest residential spec homes.
