Mulberry Court

Mulberry Court is an established residential park for the over-45s, set in the Hampshire countryside at Picket Piece, just outside Andover. Beautifully landscaped and surrounded by open countryside, the park offers a peaceful setting with a welcoming community feel, while remaining conveniently connected to the shops, services and amenities of Andover. A gated entrance and CCTV provide additional peace of mind, creating a secure and relaxed environment in which to enjoy a more leisurely way of life. Close to the park is the popular Wyke Down Country Pub & Restaurant, while Hampshire Golf Club and Vale Farm Fishery provide further opportunities to make the most of the surrounding countryside. Despite its peaceful setting, Mulberry Court is well connected. Andover is just a short drive away, providing a wide choice of supermarkets, shops, healthcare, restaurants and everyday amenities. The A303 is approximately five minutes from the park and the A34 can be reached in under ten minutes, providing convenient connections towards Winchester, Newbury and destinations further afield.
